We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Management - Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day running of growing Investment Management operations function in London. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to diversify their asset class coverage across Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives - multi management Investment Management.

You will get exposure across front to back processes, systems, and stakeholders, with clear progression opportunities. The business has several examples of Analysts progressing across into the business and other functional areas including Finance and Risk.

You’ll work closely with Senior operations and front office trading teams to manage traded portfolios and risk management, whilst being proactive to help improve efficiency, maintain smooth workflows, and support business growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and operational data
  • Support project delivery and ad-hoc operational initiatives
  • Help identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements

1–2 years’ max experience in an operations, admin, or coordination role (or strong graduate with relevant experience) from Investment Bank, Asset Manager or Custody. STEM based degree is highly desirable and attitude to want to learn and be in the office.

Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and systems - advanced Excel VBA Macros being highly advantageous. Excel Assessment will be undertaken as part of the screening process.

Salary up to £35,000 to £40,000 base salary + benefits and bonus (Company bonus - discretionary). Clear progression and development opportunities, additional learning and business progression.
