About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated full-time chef to be the heart of our kitchen, 40 hours a week. As the chef, you will lead the preparation and cooking of our exciting and varied menu. This position is immediately available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook all food to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Manage kitchen operations during your shifts, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
  • Work closely with front-of-house and support staff to ensure smooth service
  • Assist with stock control and ordering as needed
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards

  • Experience working as a chef, ideally in a similar pub or hotel environment
  • Comfortable working independently in a rural location
