Business Development Executive (B2B) – Brighton
Full-Time, Office-Based, Monday–Friday)

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound B2B calls and schedule qualified appointments for our Utilities Consultants. You’ll predominantly be working from a proven script, but success in this role comes from your ability to bring energy, confidence, and professionalism to every conversation.
You’ll begin your journey in our Training Academy, where you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship covering the fundamentals of sales, gain industry knowledge, and learn how to consistently meet and strive to exceed your targets.
What We Offer
- Starting salary of £25-30,000 with an increase after successful probation. Candidates with experience will be placed at higher rungs based on experience.
- Uncapped commission – top performers regularly earn £1,750+ per month in addition to their basic wage!
- Realistic OTE of £50-60,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Up to 5 additional days off through our attendance reward scheme
