Black Sheep Coffee is looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our UK corporate and franchise estate.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining brand marketing, digital marketing, CRM and customer loyalty.

You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns, while ensuring every new store opening, product launch and local marketing initiative is delivered to the highest standard.

Working closely with Operations, Product, Social Media, PR, Franchisees and external agencies, you'll own key marketing channels including email marketing, CRM, paid media and loyalty, whilst using performance insights to continually improve results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & CRM
  • Own the digital marketing strategy across paid media, CRM and customer communications.
  • Manage CRM activity including email marketing, push notifications and in-app messaging.
  • Develop segmentation strategies with technology partners to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
  • Own the loyalty programme marketing calendar, creating campaigns that increase member frequency and spend.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and use insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage website marketing updates alongside external agencies where required.
  • New Store Openings & Local Marketing
  • Own the marketing delivery for all New Store Openings (NSOs).
  • Create launch marketing plans tailored to each location.
  • Support franchisees with local marketing activity, advertising opportunities and community partnerships.
  • Develop local marketing toolkits allowing stores to activate campaigns independently whilst maintaining brand standards.
  • Work closely with Operations to continually improve local marketing processes.
  • Campaign Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PRand in-store.
  • Build campaign timelines and ensure all departments deliver against critical deadlines.
  • Support seasonal launches, menu innovation and limited-time offers.
  • Coordinate marketing activity across UK corporate stores and franchise partners.
  • Brand & Partnerships
  • Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, print partners and creative agencies.
  • Support brand partnerships, sponsorships and experiential activations.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities that increase awareness and drive trial.
  • PR & Community Marketing
  • Assist with media launches, PR activations and experiential events.
  • Build relationships with local communities, universities and businesses to increase brand awareness.
  • Budget Management
  • Manage campaign budgets ensuring efficient allocation of spend.
  • Track marketing expenditure and supplier costs.
  • Deliver campaigns within budget whilst maximising commercial return.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Produce weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Continuously test, learn and optimise campaigns using data-led decision making.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience within a marketing role, ideally hospitality, retail or consumer brands.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing experience across CRM, email marketing and paid media.
  • Experience working with loyalty programmes.
  • Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations.
