What You’ll Be Doing:
As a General Manager you will be responsible for one of our many thriving locations. You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity. Forecast and deploy labour effectively, create team rotas to meet targets/budgets. Ensure all compliance/health and safety standards are met. Keeping the store running smoothly. Drive sales, profit and service excellence for your store and completing financial reports/stock takes. Team Management; monitor quality of service and performance, coach and inspire your team!

We are after experienced and enthusiastic Managers who can drive sales and exceed KPI’s. With a strong background in team management and proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. We’re looking for people who are driven, communicative and passionate about all things coffee!
