What you'll be doing:
As a General Manager you will be responsible for one of our many thriving locations. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity. Forecast and deploy labour effectively, create team rotas to meet targets/budgets. Ensure all compliance/health and safety standards are met. Keeping the store running smoothly. Drive sales, profit and service excellence for your store and completing financial reports/stock takes. Team Management; monitor quality of service and performance, coach and inspire your team!

We are after experienced and enthusiastic Managers who can drive sales and exceed KPI's. With a strong background in team management and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for people who are driven, communicative and passionate about all things coffee!
