Black Sheep Coffee is seeking an experienced Construction & Asset Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for stores across the north of England, from Birmingham north to Scotland. You will own feasibility, cost planning, procurement, construction and handover, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
You'll manage CAPEX programs, brand standards and compliance audits, coordinating with franchise partners, landlords and contractors, while maintaining strong records and reporting to the Head.
