Black Sheep Coffee is looking for a Franchise Operations Manager in Birmingham to support our growing network of franchise stores.
You will be the main contact for franchisees, driving sales growth, operational excellence and brand consistency across your portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Franchise Operations, you will monitor KPIs including Brand & Compliance Audits, Google Ratings, Sales, Product Availability and Customer Wait Times, and identify opportunities to expand the portfolio.
