Hours: 16 Contracted Hours Per Week - Full Time

Pay: £12.75 - £13.25 per hour (inclusive of weekly bonus of 50p per hour)

Rota: Varied shifts Mon-Sun, including some openings and/or closings

Black Sheep Coffee are ready to take down big corporate brands and rid the world of boring, average tasting coffee. We are seeking unique, enthusiastic Baristas with a background in fast-paced customer service roles who are ready to hit the ground running with our dynamic and progressive company.

What You’ll Do

  • Make amazing coffee and products – dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye-catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time.
  • Deliver unforgettable customer service – provide a friendly, genuine customer experience that keeps guests coming back.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment – work with speed and efficiency during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Be a true team player – support ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager on Duty, help train new baristas and communicate clearly and calmly during every shift.
  • Take pride in the details – maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand with positivity and professionalism. Complete daily and shift-based cleaning, food prep, compliance checklists.

  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule is published 2 weeks in advance.
