Black Sheep Coffee is looking for a front of house leader in St Andrews to drive sales, service, and morale in a fast-paced cafe.

You’ll manage a team, maintain high standards of coffee, food, and guest experience, and support the General Manager with daily operations.

Across varied shifts Mon-Sun, you’ll benefit from a 28-hour contract with a pay range of £13.15–£13.65 per hour inclusive of a weekly 50p bonus.

This full-time role offers guaranteed hours and growth opportunities.
