- Make amazing coffee and products
- dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye‑catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time.
- Deliver unforgettable customer service
- provide a friendly, genuine customer experience that keeps guests coming back.

- work with speed and efficiency during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Be a true team player
- support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by Manager on Duty, help train new baristas and communicate clearly and calmly during every shift.
- Take pride in the details
- maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand with positivity and professionalism. Complete daily and shift‑based cleaning, food prep, compliance checklists.

- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule is published 2 weeks in advance.
