We are seeking unique, enthusiastic Barista’s with a background in fast-paced customer service roles who are ready to hit the ground running with our dynamic and progressive company.
What You’ll Do
- Make amazing coffee and products - dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye-catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time.
- Deliver unforgettable customer service - provide a friendly, genuine customer experience that keeps guests coming back.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment - work with speed and efficiency during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Be a true team player - Support ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager on Duty, help train new baristas and communicate clearly and calmly during every shift.
- Take pride in the details - maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand with positivity and professionalism. Complete daily and shift-based cleaning, food prep, compliance checklists.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Previous coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule is published 2 weeks in advance.
