What You'll Do
- Make amazing coffee and products – dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye‑catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time while ensuring the team does the same.
- Deliver unforgettable customer service – provide a friendly, genuine experience at the register and handle complaints and escalations professionally.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment – work efficiently during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Manage compliant cash‑up and bank drops – follow all cash‑handling, safety, and security procedures.
- Be a true team player – support ad‑hoc tasks, help train new team members, and communicate clearly and calmly during each shift.
- Take pride in the details – maintain a clean, safe workspace, represent the brand positively, and complete daily and shift‑based cleaning, food prep, and compliance checklists.
- Keep service running smoothly and drive sales – place and receive stock orders to ensure full availability.
- Lead by example – motivate and train the team on behavioural standards, company policies related to attendance, timekeeping, food safety, and workplace conduct.
