We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and driven individuals to join our team as a Supervisor — a hands‑on role combining barista excellence with supervisory responsibilities. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality or retail who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading by example.
What You'll Do
- Prepare exceptional coffee and beverages, including espresso calibration and latte art
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable customer experiences
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Act as a key holder, ensuring security, compliance, and operational standards are maintained
- Lead shifts confidently and support the wider team during busy periods
- Assist with training and motivating team members to deliver brand standards
- Handle cash management, cash‑ups, and banking procedures accurately
- Support stock ordering, deliveries, and maintaining product availability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and store presentation
- Communicate effectively with the management team and support operational goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in coffee, hospitality, retail, or food service
- Supervisory or key holder experience preferred
- A positive attitude with strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Passion for customer service and quality coffee
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
