Hours: 45 Contracted Hours Per Week – Creating your own Rota
Pay: Up to £34,000 per year + up to 25% quarterly bonus
Rota: Varied shifts Mon-Sun, including some openings and/or closings

What You’ll Do
Lead by example – motivate and train the team on the required behavioural standards, company policies related to attendance, timekeeping, food safety, and workplace conduct.
Make amazing coffee and products – dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye-catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time, ensuring your team do too.
Deliver unforgettable customer service – provide a friendly, genuine customer experience at the register and professionally handle customer complaints and escalations.
