Black Sheep Coffee are ready to take down big corporate brands and rid the world of boring, average tasting coffee. We are seeking unique, enthusiastic Baristas with a background in fast-paced customer service roles who are ready to hit the ground running with our dynamic and progressive company.
It is a requirement of the Airport that you undergo reference check to verify your five years employment history. This process is to ensure that all employees meet the standard set out by the airport directly. Your employment is subject to satisfactory reference and full completion of those checks.
What You’ll Do
- Make amazing coffee and products - dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye-catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time.
- Deliver unforgettable customer service - provide a friendly, genuine customer experience that keeps guests coming back.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment - work with speed and efficiency during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Be a true team player - support ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager on Duty, help train new baristas and communicate clearly and calmly during every shift.
- Take pride in the details - maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand with positivity and professionalism. Complete daily and shift‑based cleaning, food prep, compliance checklists.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule is published 2 weeks in advance.
- Because this role is based in an airport location, applicants must be aged 18 or over and have a minimum of six months’ right to work in the UK.
- Please note that all offers are subject to background and reference checks covering the past five years, including a basic DBS check.
