At The Coal Shed Brighton, we’re all about incredible produce, open flame cooking, and unforgettable hospitality — and we’re looking for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team. As our Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to our Head Chef, helping to lead and inspire the brigade every service.
