We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Coal Shed. The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat's Persian roots by cooking over fire. Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast. Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about working in an environment that has a neighbourhood feel with an atmosphere that feels like an extension of your family, delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your passion, flexibility, and leadership skills mean you will act as a role model to all employees and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
