We are looking for experienced Kitchen Porters to join our team at The Coal Shed. The Coal Shed is a steak restaurant in the heart of Brighton, celebrating coal roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat's Persian roots by cooking over fire. The menu features the highest quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible, and expertly cooked over coal. In addition to a seasonal à la carte menu, we also offer daily sharing specials, a great value express lunch menu, and Brighton's favourite Sunday Sharing Roast. Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed Brighton is a neighbourhood grill with an intimate private dining room.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be a vital member of the kitchen team, supporting them to deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team to deliver the highest standards.
