Key Responsibilities- Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards and a consistent guest experience across all areas.
- Drive revenue performance through effective labour planning, stock control, cost management, and strategic decision‑making.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a positive, proactive, supportive, and people‑first culture.
- Maintain full compliance with health & safety, licensing, food safety, and operational company policies.
- Oversee all financial responsibilities including daily banking, cash handling, P&L management, forecasting, and weekly reporting.
- Lead service on busy shifts, acting as a visible, hands‑on presence to support the team, resolve issues, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with guests, the local community, and internal teams to maximise engagement and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance to deliver site objectives and support wider company initiatives.
