We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at The Salt Room. Proudly Brighton. Riviera in spirit. Cooked over fire.

Following a landmark refurbishment, The Salt Room is entering a bold new chapter. We're looking for an exceptional Junior Sous Chef who wants to join a team that delivers brilliance, plate after plate, service after service.
As a Junior Sous Chef you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. Your passion for food, flexibility and excellent organisation skills and cool head will mean that you will keep your section always running smoothly whilst inspiring your team to do the same.
