Join to apply for the Bartender role at Black Rock Restaurants. We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team at The Coal Shed. The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire. Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast. The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar.
Responsibilities
- Deliver drinks to the highest standards as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team
- Provide exceptional guest experiences with a neighbourhood feel
- Maintain professionalism under pressure and manage high-volume service
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth bar operations
Qualifications
- Experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant
- A genuine passion for creating the finest drinks
- Creative and able to prepare drinks to the highest standards
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
