We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at The Coal Shed, London. The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire. Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast. Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar.
As a Bar Manager, you will be passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about working in an environment that has a neighbourhood feel with atmosphere that feels like an extension of your family, delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your passion for drinks, flexibility and leadership skills mean you can manage and mentor a bar team whilst creating the finest drinks.
