We are looking for an experience Waiter / Waitress to join our team at The Coal Shed.
The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire. Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast. Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar.
As a Waiter, you will passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about working in an environment that has a neighbourhood feel with atmosphere that feels like an extension of your family, delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, ensuring you use your charm and attention to detail to deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Our Waiters/Waitresses are self-motivated natural team players that thrive under pressure.
- Have a keen eye for detail on the restaurant floor.
- Experience in a high volume restaurant.
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain a professional manner while under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Are eligible to work full-time in the UK.
