We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Coal Shed. The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire. Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast. Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar.

As a Sous Chef you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. Your passion for food, flexibility and leadership skills will mean that you can command the respect of the team supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver dishes to the highest standard.
