We are looking for a Night Cleaner to join our team at The Salt Room. The role would be working evenings - 10pm - 5am/6am. Boasting uninterrupted views of Brighton seafront and the iconic West Pier ruins, The Salt Room is a modern British seafood restaurant that celebrates cooking over fire. We take pride in sourcing local ingredients - concentrating on sustainability - to produce a menu of mouth-watering dishes.

The Night Cleaner is responsible for carrying out a thorough deep clean of all kitchen and back-of-house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. The role ensures all kitchen equipment, work surfaces, floors, walls, extraction systems, and storage areas are cleaned and maintained in line with company standards, ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for the following day's operations.
