Role Overview
BlackRainbow are looking for an Associate Enablement Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical post-sales activities within the Black Rainbow’s Solution Delivery team.

Who We Are Looking For
The Associate Enablement Consultant will work with our team to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of NIMBUS within customer environments. They will identify gaps in customer knowledge and design and deliver materials to bridge these gaps. We are looking for someone with excellent written communication skills and, ideally, experience with video production, to create documentation and video content. They will also be comfortable exploring and delivering self-serve materials for the BlackRainbow suite of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver self-serve materials, including e-learning and video content
- Identify gaps in customer knowledge and design materials to bridge these gaps
- Learn, document, and share best practices and re-usable assets with Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
- Develop strong working relationships
