We are recruiting a General Manager to lead our fabulous team in an amazing premium pub. Riverside Setting - Beautiful Black Rabbit. Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional destination pubs, the Black Rabbit provides stunning views across the River Arun and the wetlands beyond, to Arundel Castle – arguably one of the loveliest views in England. With plenty of riverside seating, the pub is a hive of activity in summer and when winter finally sets in, the traditional interior (featuring authentic props from the Harry Potter movies, including the boat from ‘The Philosopher's Stone’) provides a cosy bolt-hole to relax and unwind.

What you'll need to be:
- An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
- Comfortable with the operational challenges of a large scale pub operation with sales in excess of £2M pa
- Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
- Based in the local area or planning to re-locate
- An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
- A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
- Diligent with brand standards and processes
- Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
