Are you an experienced marketing professional passionate about driving impact in an industry where equity and diversity should sit at the heart of innovation and patient outcomes? Do you want to use your expertise to drive equity, representation, and inclusion?

BPLS is seeking a Marketing Lead (Volunteer ~10 hrs/month) to help take us to the next level as we grow our community and influence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of BPLS’s marketing strategy across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Develop partnerships with organisations providing pro-bono marketing support.
  • Create compelling campaigns that resonate with Black and ethnically diverse professionals and industry allies alike.
  • Oversee content planning and coordinate with the Comms and Social Media Lead to deliver engaging campaigns.
  • Manage marketing analytics and reporting, tracking KPIs and optimising strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed about marketing trends and tools to continuously improve BPLS's reach and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Commitment to BPLS’s mission and values, with a passion for inclusive marketing practices.
  • Experience in leading and executing marketing campaigns or strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to guide decision-making.
  • Passion for equity and desire to make a difference.
