We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing, friendly team. Based on the A1 just outside North London, the ideal candidate would be perfectly placed to grow and build a 360 logistics or construction recruitment desk. The ideal candidate must be hard working, driven, experienced and able to cope in a stressful environment. You will be required to build upon an existing portfolio of clients and bring new business to the desk, growing the desk in line with structured objectives and KPI's.

The role:

  • Supply staff to the logistics or construction industry on permanent and temporary contracts to customers.
  • Source and supply new customers generated through warm leads.
  • Sign up and background check staff in line with company policy.
  • Keep daily booking sheets updated.
  • Attend regular meetings with customers.
  • Abide by company policy and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a recruitment role, with references to confirm achievements.
  • Minimum of 1 year in 360 recruitment.
  • A good, working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Fantastic personal skills both face to face, email and over the phone.
  • Hard working, dedicated and level headed.
  • UK Driving license and vehicle.
