With nine years of success in the recruitment industry, we have built a strong foothold in the logistics sector and are now focused on expanding our reach into other areas of logistics. Based just off the A1(M), our prime location provides easy access to London and surrounding areas, giving us an excellent platform for growth.
Job Spec
- Pay - £30,000 pa, Uncapped commission, bonuses, car allowance (after probation)
- Commission - 1% of Turnover brought on, 10% on perm fees (resourced by someone else)
- Start - March/April
- Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 (can be flexible with this)
Key Responsibilities
- Winning new clients and building long-term relationships
- Visiting client sites to maintain and strengthen partnerships
- Making strategic sales calls to generate new business opportunities
- Building and managing your own leads (both new and existing contacts)
- Developing and executing a quarterly sales plan with senior management
- Tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Training and mentoring the team to maximize performance
- Identifying market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of competitors
- Work with senior management to allocate new clients to the best suited consultant
Essential requirements
- Proven track record in logistics recruitment sales
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Valid UK Driving licence
- Punctual
- Results driven
- Team player
