Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Leafing Collector to work with a reputable waste management company, supporting its seasonal leaf clearance operations. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, hardworking individual who enjoys practical, outdoor work and takes pride in keeping public areas clean, tidy and safe.
The assignment is expected to last approximately 2–4 weeks, with the potential to move into a Refuse Loader role afterwards, depending on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Sweeping and collecting fallen leaves from outdoor areas.

Bagging up leaves ready for disposal.

Using leaf blowers and other equipment safely and effectively.

Keeping work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards.

Following all health and safety procedures.

Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be:

Safety-conscious, with a good awareness of health and safety.

Physically fit, capable of carrying out manual work throughout the day.

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and willing to undertake other duties, including refuse loading, if required
Working Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00.

Minimum of 8 hours per day.

£14.24 per hour.

Initial assignment of 2–4 weeks, with the possibility of further work.
