Class 2 Driver – Days | Launceston We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join a busy palletised distribution operation based in Launceston.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent Monday to Friday work, delivering palletised freight to customers across the local and wider area.
The
Role
- Class 2 (Category C) driving
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am start
- Finish time: Until finish
- Ongoing work available
- Day shifts
- Delivering palletised freight to commercial and business customers
- Completing multi-drop deliveries across planned routes
- Ensuring goods are delivered safely, securely and on time
- Loading and unloading pallets using the appropriate equipment
- Completing delivery paperwork and electronic PODs where required
- Working to high standards of safety and customer service Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC qualification
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 2 driving experience
- Experience with palletised or multi-drop deliveries is advantageous
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Good knowledge of UK roads
