Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.
The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.

Requirements:
- Degree Level of Education
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy or 1 end to end implementations
- Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies
- Base knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
- Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
- Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
- Strong experience in Finance Modules on FO
- Strong Client Relationship Management
- Good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables
- Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
- Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation
- Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations
- Assist with (or lead) the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysis
- Contribute to and/or creation of solution documentation
- Delivery of end‑user training to clients and colleagues
- Provide on‑site support and assistance throughout delivery and go‑live phases of project
- Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial
- Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered
- Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors
- Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
- Represent our client in a professional and positive manner at all times
- Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO
- Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities
- Protect all information that is shared with you in the course of your association with our client
