We are looking for a Customer Success / Support Intern to join our team in Kathmandu. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how great customer experience is delivered at a growing tech company.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Customer Data Setup: Assist in organizing and uploading customer data into the system as part of the onboarding process.
  • Support Onboarding Activities: Work with the Customer Success team to help set up customer accounts, checklists, templates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Admin & Support Tasks: Help the support team with administrative activities like logging issues, updating FAQs, and maintaining documentation.
  • System Updates: Adopt B2B communication software and ensure everything is updated.
  • Excel/Sheets Work: Use Excel formulas and Google Sheets to clean, prepare, and manage customer data.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CS and Product teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate support.
  • Learning & Development: Build familiarity with SaaS tools, customer processes, and industry knowledge.
