What you'll do:
- Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok by planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns, managing budgets, refining audience targeting, improving conversion tracking, and delivering clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Drive SEO and AEO excellence by executing keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page/off-page SEO, and search optimisation strategies to improve Varicon's organic visibility, website ranking, and traffic across key markets.
- Manage and enhance Varicon's WordPress websites by updating content, improving page performance, ensuring security, maintaining plugins, and optimising landing pages for conversion and user experience.
- Create high-impact digital content including short-form videos, marketing creatives, social media assets, and campaign visuals using tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe applications, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Own Varicon's social media presence by planning content calendars, publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, engaging with audiences, and monitoring trends to strengthen brand awareness and digital engagement.
- Track, analyse, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other tools, generating actionable insights and recommendations to guide strategic marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and leadership, to support go-to-market initiatives, launch campaigns, and maintain alignment across marketing activities.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-growing tech, SaaS, or agency environment.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Solid SEO and AEO capabilities, with experience using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar.
- Proven experience managing and optimising WordPress websites, including content updates, plugins, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Creative and analytical mindset with strong understanding of engagement metrics, funnels, attribution, and conversion optimisation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create, present, and explain data‐driven insights and creative ideas clearly.
- Preferred: Experience with automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zapier, as well as landing page builders and email marketing workflows.
