Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Junior Customer Success Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Success, Engineering and AI teams to support client data operations, optimize workflows, and enhance automation processes. The candidate should work with data in Excel, automating repetitive tasks with Python, and helping deliver smooth, efficient experiences for clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a technical operations or automation-focused role within a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, clean, and analyze client data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Build and maintain formulas, templates, and logic-based models to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Use Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline client workflows.
- Support the onboarding and implementation of client data into internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (AI, Payroll, and Engineering) to troubleshoot and improve client processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, logic, lookups, etc.).
- Basic proficiency in Python (pandas, data cleaning, or scripting basics).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
