We are looking for a dedicated and organised Vocational Qualifications (VQ) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with schools and colleges that deliver our Level 1 to Level 5 vocational qualifications, providing ongoing support throughout the academic year. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, responding to customer queries, and ensuring that all documentation and records are accurately maintained. Additionally, you will support the Operations Manager in coordinating VQ processes to ensure timely and accurate certification during the summer period.
General Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the rest of the Customer Relations Team to ensure an efficient and customer-focused environment; monitoring KPIs and communication quality.
- Maintain courteous and professional relations with customers and stakeholders of RSL, always treating them with care and consideration.
- Undertake any other duties as requested by line management which are commensurate with the role including project work and absence cover.
- Comply with the policies and procedures of the Company at all times.
- Undertake training as necessary in line with the development of the post.
- Participate fully in the performance management process and undertake Continuing Professional Development as required.
- Achieve and demonstrate agreed standards of personal and professional development within agreed timescales.
- Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other relevant legislation.
Requirements
- Strong IT and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional administrative environment is essential.
- Previous experience working within an Awarding Organisation is desirable.
