We are recruiting for a Visitor Services Manager – Box Office to develop and support the day-to-day operations of the Kings Place Box Office.

In this role, you will lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and welcoming experience for all visitors, and actively promoting Kings Place, its diverse programming, and activities.

A key focus of this role is the management, development, and motivation of the Box Office team, fostering a friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented environment that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

The Person

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated ticketing professional to join our Visitor Services team at Kings Place. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to lead and inspire a team, have exceptional customer service skills, and previous experience working with a ticketing system.

This role requires some flexibility, including the ability to work weekends and evenings as required, and is ideal for individuals eager to focus on team development as part of a vibrant arts organisation.

Experience with Tessitura, budget control, social media management, and customer service is desirable, along with a background in Front of House roles in arts or cultural venues.

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
