The CBSO is inviting applications for an Audiences and Memberships Officer to support our audiences and members with a warm, professional approach. You will connect with audiences across multiple channels, handling queries, communications, and providing a friendly presence at concerts.
The role also includes managing membership renewals, records and fulfilment, with a focus on outward-facing engagement and ensuring members feel looked after. Regular evening and some weekend work is required.
