Lead one of the world's great orchestras into its second century.

The London Philharmonic Orchestra is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead this world-renowned, self-governing collective of musicians through a defining moment in its history. With six years until its centenary, financially secure and backed by an experienced, committed team, the Orchestra is now embarking on a long-held ambition: to secure a permanent home that will bring its artistic, business and community work together under one roof.

We are looking for a leader of exceptional vision, credibility and integrity, someone who understands the UK's cultural ecosystem, has the commercial and fundraising acumen to strengthen the Orchestra's long-term sustainability, and the ambassadorial skill to represent the London Philharmonic Orchestra at the highest level, nationally and internationally. This is one of the most significant leadership appointments in the international orchestral world, offering the chance to elevate the London Philharmonic Orchestra's artistry, deepen its humanity and extend its relevance for the next hundred years.
