As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Creative Designer to help elevate how BLC presents itself across all marketing and sales touchpoints.

This is a hands-on, varied role for a designer with strong visual instincts, attention to detail and a passion for brand consistency. You’ll play a key role in shaping BLC’s visual identity across digital, print and social platforms, while supporting both marketing and sales activity.

You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day design work while also contributing creatively to the ongoing evolution of the brand. The role combines graphic design, content creation, photography/videography and brand guardianship, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and ownership.

    • Ensure all content is visually engaging, on-brand and optimised for each platform.
    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and content rollouts.
  • Photography & Videography
    • Plan, shoot and edit photography and video content in-house for marketing and social use.
    • Attend trade shows to capture real-time and post-event content.
    • Attend manufacturing site visits to capture behind-the-scenes, product and brand storytelling content.
    • Edit content efficiently for digital-first and social-first outputs.
  • Brand Management & Consistency
    • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative outputs align with BLC’s brand voice, mission and visual identity.
    • Maintain consistency across all platforms, materials and touchpoints.
    • Continuously evolve and refresh the brand’s look and feel to keep it premium, contemporary and relevant.
    • Maintain and organise the digital asset library, ensuring easy access to approved brand materials.
  • Additional Responsibilities / Value Add
    • Proactively suggest creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Support campaign rollouts with creative assets across multiple channels.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Liaise with external suppliers such as printers or freelance creatives when required.
    • Provide ad hoc support to the BLC Branding Services team, including preparing and artworking packaging files for print.
