The PRODUCER ROLE AT BLACK KITE
As a Producer at Black Kite, you will be responsible for delivering production excellence from pitch through to delivery. You should have a good working knowledge of the industry and a broad range of existing client relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Win and deliver exciting work
- Work with EPs/Head of Production to execute sales strategy for new and existing clients
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Manage Ceta schedules efficiently
- Work with your team to pitch and bid on projects and execute high-end creative treatments
- Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Client entertainment to make your clients feel special
- Act as a brand ambassador for BLACK KITE by attending industry events and awards shows
Why YOU?
You should have prior experience working in Production within Advertising VFX, a solid understanding of the VFX pipeline, and a range of existing clients. You are motivated to develop new and lasting client relationships, have experience managing teams and projects in a dynamic environment, and are solutions and detail-oriented. You should also have experience working with CETA or other industry-standard software, be highly organised, an excellent problem solver, a skilled negotiator, and a great multi-tasker with excellent communication skills.
