This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready for a step-up to provide leadership and ensure smooth clinical operations within a supportive and professional environment. The home specialises in high-quality care for residents with age-related conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia , and is known for its commitment to excellence and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate nursing and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care. Oversee day-to-day clinical management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, NMC standards, and best practices. Mentor, support, and develop staff to maintain high professional standards. Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to monitor quality and drive continuous improvement. Manage rotas and staffing levels to meet resident needs efficiently. Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes (Access NI, NMC registration, right-to-work checks, references) are completed in line with policy. What Were Looking For: NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with no restrictions. Minimum 3 years experience in a Nurse Manager or senior nursing role, ideally within a care home setting. Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance, and team leadership. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
