The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the supported living service alongside the Deputy Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards
  • Oversee safer recruitment practices, including pre-employment checks and registrations
  • Maintain effective staffing levels and skill mix to meet the needs of those using the service
  • Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes
  • Provide leadership, coaching, supervision, and performance management for staff

About You

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a Deputy Manager or similar leadership role within a care or supported living setting
