The role:
- You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
- Promoting our person-centred philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
- Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate.
- Shadow the Nurse manager and cover for the Nurse Manager when needed.
- Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
What we're looking for:
- You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse.
- 6+ months of Nurse experience.
- A Valid NMC Pin.
