Black Fox Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to join a well-established residential care service in the Crumlin area. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse seeking a consistent part-time night role within a supportive and professional care environment. This position is ideally suited to a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who thrives in a fast-paced residential setting.
The Role
- Delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care
- Managing and administering medications in line with best practice
- Supporting residents with complex needs, including elderly and palliative care
- Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Working collaboratively with care staff to ensure continuity of care
- Promoting a calm, safe, and respectful environment throughout the night
About You
- Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Experience in elderly care, residential care, or palliative support
- Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making skills
- A calm, adaptable, and solution-focused approach
- A genuine commitment to resident dignity, safety, and wellbeing
