Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care that promotes residents' health, dignity and independence. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and care plans. Assess residents' health, monitor vital signs and identify any changes that may require medical attention. Support residents with their daily care needs, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and toileting. Monitor nutritional intake and hydration, providing assistance and support where required. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure residents' care records remain up to date. Work collaboratively with GPs, multidisciplinary professionals, residents and their families to support continuity of care. Promote a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for all residents. Participate in training and ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of clinical practice. What We're Looking For A valid NMC registration and active UK PIN. At least one year's nursing experience; experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting would be advantageous. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach. The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while using initiative when working independently. A sound understanding of nursing procedures, medication management and clinical documentation. A genuine commitment to maintaining residents' dignity, safety and overall well-being.
