Site Supervisor based in Craigavon with work in NI & Scotland. Up to Β£42,000 + expenses/allowances, vehicle, accommodation when away.
To join a leading NI construction business who work across a broad range of the construction market as their new Site Supervisor working on their commercial PVC schemes. Their work is across NI, Scotland & ROI with accommodation, expenses, and allowances while working away.
In this role you will be overseeing the smooth running and operation of sites with customers which will have you dealing directly with client/main contractors, this will include:
- Ensuring that installation teams are remaining on schedule
- Safeguarding all aspects of health & safety and quality of the finished installations
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations
- Coordinate and manage teams of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimise productivity
- Monitor progress against project timelines and report on any delays or issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies at all times
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years Site Foreperson/Supervisory experience, ideally with experience/knowledge of uPVC/Composite products
- Able and willing to work away from home as required (Scotland & ROI as well as works in NI)
- Commitment to Health & Safety
- Full clean driving licence
- Relevant CSR Card/CSCS Card
