Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Health & Safety professional to join and develop your career within a leading construction and civil engineering contractor based in Dungannon. Working on a broad variety of projects within the residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure sectors across the UK and Ireland, you will play a key role in supporting site teams, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
This would include:
- Conducting site inspections and audits to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and highlight training requirements
- Supporting site teams with the preparation and review of SHEQ documentation
- Safe Systems of Work
- Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
- COSHH Assessments
- Site Inductions and Toolbox Talks
- Assisting with incident reporting, investigations, and accident trend analysis
- Monitoring subcontractor compliance on site
- Attending SHEQ and site meetings as required
What we are looking for:
- Health & Safety qualified with 2+ years experience within a similar role
- Experience of working with ISO management systems
- Confident communication skills
- Full, clean driving licence
