Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Health & Safety professional to join and develop your career within a leading construction and civil engineering contractor based in Dungannon. Working on a broad variety of projects within the residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure sectors across the UK and Ireland, you will play a key role in supporting site teams, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

This would include:

  • Conducting site inspections and audits to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and highlight training requirements
  • Supporting site teams with the preparation and review of SHEQ documentation
  • Safe Systems of Work
  • Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
  • COSHH Assessments
  • Site Inductions and Toolbox Talks
  • Assisting with incident reporting, investigations, and accident trend analysis
  • Monitoring subcontractor compliance on site
  • Attending SHEQ and site meetings as required

What we are looking for:

  • Health & Safety qualified with 2+ years experience within a similar role
  • Experience of working with ISO management systems
  • Confident communication skills
  • Full, clean driving licence
